Labour Rights Law Requires Proof of Vaccination for in-person Consultations

Latest Articles

Please be aware that we will require proof of vaccination prior to any in-person consultations in our office.

Further, we will require all clients and prospective clients to adhere to our COVID-19 protocol a) to wear masks when social distancing is not practical; b) to wash your hands frequently and use hand sanitizer; and c) to social distance yourself from our lawyers and staff when possible.

Our Firm does not have a mandatory vaccine policy for our lawyers and staff. We do not need one! Why? Because all of our lawyers and staff are fully vaccinated. Individually each of our lawyers and staff decided to get the vaccine, not because they were required by their employer to do so, but because individually and collectively we believe that it is the right thing to do for ourselves, each other, and our community!

Unless you have a legitimate pre-existing diagnosed disability that prevents you from getting the vaccine or a bona fide religious objection, we believe that you should be fully vaccinated too!

We understand and accept that this information about the vaccination status of our lawyers and staff may result in some prospective clients deciding to seek legal advice about mandatory vaccine policies elsewhere.
