Audrey brings over 20 years of paralegal experience, mainly working in downtown Vancouver, BC.  Her experience and expertise are in civil and commercial litigation matters involving breach of contracts, employment, business and construction types of dispute and conflict resolution matters.  She also has over 10 years of experience in personal injury and defence insurance type of matters.  During her years of service to the legal community, she has had the opportunity to work on cases presented in all levels of court in Canada, including BC Court of Appeal, BC Federal Court and BC Federal Court of Appeal as well as in the Supreme Court of Canada. 

Over the past ten years, Audrey has worked as a Case Manager and Paralegal in the areas of personal injury and defence insurance, business insurance and litigation, with a particular focus on various types of personal injury claims, including road maintenance.  She has managed over 150 files and is well versed with the legal procedures of running a Plaintiff’s claim from its inception to conclusion, including: Part 7 Regulations, commencement of legal proceedings, document requests and production, drafting pleadings, court applications, settlement proposals and mediation summaries, instruction letters to experts to obtain medical legal opinion, preparation of Bill of Costs and assessment of costs hearing, and communications with clients, adjusters and related parties.

She also has over ten years of paralegal experience in litigation in the areas of Commercial and Construction litigation, Franchise and Trade-marks-Intellectual Property litigation. I assisted with document management and production, drafting and preparing franchise documents, lists of documents, pleadings and summary judgment court applications in all levels of court including Federal Court, Federal Court of Appeal and Supreme Court of Canada.

Audrey’s passion in law extends to her clients.  She believes in advocating for her clients by guiding them through the litigation process, so clients can have the understanding and confidence to make the best informed decision.  Audrey’s dynamic ability to work with clients, in supporting and leading, comes from a team approach.

Outside of her passion for law, Audrey leads an active lifestyle where fitness, music, art and dance are her pleasures.
