Tens of millions worth of art seized from Oak Bay dealer in fraud investigation – Labour Rights Law has been retained by an artist to recover 17 pieces of his artwork valued at more than $75,000, from Winchester Galleries Ltd. and Calvin Lucyshyn as part of the millions of dollars of artwork seized by police. Saanich Police have confirmed that some of our client’s artwork is among the items recovered so far. Neither Winchester nor Lucyshyn responded to Labour Rights Law demand letter and the commencement of civil litigation against Winchester and Lucyshyn is imminent.
