The Tk’emlúps te Secwépemc First Nation announced May 27 2021 that the remains of 215 indigenous children, some as young as three years-old, were found in a mass grave at the former Kamloops Residential School.  The staff and lawyers at Labour Rights Law join with other allies who wear orange to show support and solidarity with the First Nations and increase awareness about the atrocities perpetrated at Canada’s residential schools. We believe that all Canadians have a role to play in reconciliation with First Nations peoples. All of us at Labour Rights Law care and want to help the healing.
